Overview
David represents plaintiffs and defendants at the trial and appellate levels. He has represented clients in matters involving diverse factual and legal issues, including contract disputes, corporate governance, antitrust, intellectual property, trade secrets, employment, and constitutional law. Several of David’s recent representations have involved issues at the forefront of the digital asset industry. He has deposed key witnesses in cases with tens of millions of dollars at stake and briefed and argued motions across the country, including arguing dispositive motions in California state court related to the alleged theft of trade secrets purportedly worth billions of dollars.
David is a graduate of New York University School of Law, with honors. David clerked for Judge Steven J. Menashi of United Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Gregory H. Woods of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
