Overview
Greg is a “go to” trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs and defendants in courts and arbitrations across the country. Greg has recovered billions of dollars in damages for plaintiffs—often without the need for litigation—and secured the dismissal of claims seeking billions of dollars in damages for defendants.
Like all attorneys at NWA, Greg is a litigation generalist. He has experience in matters involving securities, digital assets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, RICO, trade secrets, defamation, employment, legal malpractice, patents, and cross border disputes. His clients include private equity firms, hedge funds, real estate firms, broker-dealers, energy companies, pharmaceutical companies, insurers, stockholders, executives, and crypto-stakeholders.
Greg also serves as a consigliere to many of his clients, including by managing international disputes and advising on business, personnel, and strategic decisions to mitigate the risk of litigation.
Greg is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was a member of the Columbia Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and of Cornell University, cum laude. He is a member of the Federal Bar Council’s Securities Litigation Committee. He previously clerked for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the Southern District of New York.
