Katie represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigations and arbitrations across the country. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she received the Dean’s Scholar Prize in both evidence and advanced legal research.

After law school, Katie clerked for the Honorable Kenneth K. Lee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Honorable John K. Bush of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
