Overview

Matt is a litigation generalist who has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, securities, trade secrets, RICO, shareholder disputes, legal malpractice, employment law, corporate governance, mass torts, and antitrust.  His clients include financial institutions, broker-dealers, cryptocurrency companies, law firms, and high net-worth individuals.

Matt received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While in law school, he served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing, as well as Supervising Editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law.  Matt also externed at the Oakland City Attorney’s Office and volunteered with both the California Asylum Representation Clinic and the San Francisco VA Medical Center.
